"Absolutely brilliant stay at SACO apartments and it won’t be the last. The apartment was perfect for what we needed as a base to visit my sister and her family for a family party. Everything was provided and the location was absolutely spot on! Just walking distance to the harbour and the shops and public transport to the rest of the island. "The hotel was perhaps not the best choice for 80 year olds with some issues as the entrance to it is rather steep ! However, since we were meeting relatives of varying ages there, and the taxi service in Jersey is excellent, this problem didn’t detract from our enjoyment.. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. "The staff were friendly and helpful. I feel the Hotel was a little dated in places. Be aware if you stay in Room 90, there is a lift to the first floor, but to get to your room you have to walk down a flight of stairs. "Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."
