Floors were very loud and creaky, but that is expected from a nearly 100 year old building. The robes were soft and cozy, and the other amenities were amazing! Complimentary cocktails and light bites every evening, plenty of lobby space to hang out by the fireplace, and the hotel is near so much to explore in downtown Asheville!! We absolutely loved our stay here...
