"Clean and comfortable beds. Full kitchen with everything you needed. Hot tub was incredible to have, it filled quickly but needed to be drained nightly otherwise the pump would keep you up all night. Laundry available in the reception area, and it was free."

"This is a brand new hotel, it’s opened within the last few weeks. It is decorated beautifully and you feel like you’re in a really fancy private library from the second you walk in. The rooms are impeccably decorated and feel really elegant. Though it’s not the vibe my wife and I usually go for, we enjoyed our time here. I want to give a special shout out to the bartender Julian. He was attentive, friendly and very helpful. Overall great stay!"

"The hotel decor was trendy, which I liked. The location was great. Unfortunately the standard room we booked was way too small for two adults with two suitcases. The bed and linen was was very comfortable and fine for two adults but the size of the room was quite small."

"Had a single twin interior room- super small. The bathroom shower enclosure was missing sliding doors to prevent water from splashing onto the floor and shower drained slowly. Also the only ventilation in the bathroom were slats on the lower portion of the bathroom door. Made for an uncomfortable bath. Breakfast was very good. Had to park offsite. Bed was ok. The location is however in walking distance to restaurants. Overall would recommend renting the double room and not the single room."

"We were there for two nights, and the first night was OK. Noisy location, with people yelling on the street right in front of the hotel until 1:00, during our second night at the hotel. Then heavy machinery started operating on the street at 6:30, during one hour. Earplugs made no difference. The same night around 22:00, there was a fire alarm, that made us go downstairs to evacuate the building. On the first floor at the bar and restaurant also serving as the hotel reception, life continued...

"Sehr gute Lage direkt im Zentrum. Das Apartment war komplett ausgestattet. Alles war sauber. Das Gebäude ist allerdings sehr hellhörig. Wir würden dort wieder übernachten und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen."

"Nice location within 5-10 minutes walking to Akureyri downtown. Ample street parking. The building exterior needs painting. The unit is updated with flooring, bathroom, and kitchens. However, it is a basement unit and the entrance to the unit is undesirable. You have to through a short side door and walking down into the basement."

"Logement bien placé mais avec trop d’ inconvénients. 1 seule salle de bain commune pour une dizaine de personnes dans 4 appartement au sous sol et sans produit de douche. Pas de rideaux de douche donc l’eau coule au sol et c’est sale pour les prochains. La chambre quadruple est tres difficile à ouvrir il y a un problème de serrure. Il n’y a ni miroir ni meubles pour poser les valises, ni lampe de chevet. C'est le strict minimum.1 seul espace commun avec une table et des chaises pour les 3 étages...

"有點歧視亞洲人。我不喜歡被安排在二樓，一樓還沒滿，我跟櫃臺講我腿腳不方便，她還跟我說，才幾個台階而已，二樓風景比較好。我們回來就要休息了，要風景幹嘛？後來才明白在打發我。上去果然只有我一戶。 浴室的下水道水流很慢，洗起澡來很不痛快。其他簡易的玻離桌椅搖搖晃晃。 早餐很好吃，但下次不來了。"

"The room is too small, too windy outside. Dinning room is ok, has microwave. Bed is soft, room is clean with soap and shampoo, very nice. There is water cooker and refrigerator in room, nice!"

"Our stay was excellent. The house was immaculate upon arrival, check-in was simple, and the kitchen had salt, pepper, oil, and two bottles of wine. Instructions are provided to guide you through usage of the hot pool and radiant floor heating. We were in house 2, which had a fire pit as well. For those who want to grill, we noticed a propane grill in the utility room on our last day. This was an exceptional stay with a great view and very responsive host. If we can come back, we will."
