"I love staying at Tru Hilton hotels when traveling and 9/10 times when I visit family in Battle Creek I stay here! It’s always very clean, staff are friendly, the breakfast is ok, decent size pool. Nice lobby and sitting area with TV & pool tables. Housekeeping was very friendly and the from desk workers are always nice. "Room was very clean, breakfast was decent it could have been a little better, the mini fridges in the rooms were the worst part, the plugs they were plugged into did not work so we had to move it to a different plug and then I turned the fridge down and that seemed to have some issues until it finally worked after I messed with it again. The pillows were not very good at all but the bed was decent."

"The pool was broken, the door by our room was broken. The food was ok. I was never offered a "welcome gift" even if it was only water. I had to fix the screen at the window myself so that bugs didn't come in. Something else was broken because they had dug a trench out back. Our 2 burner stove had one burner that worked somewhat. The other was completely dead."
