"Great room, kind staff, very clean atmosphere. My only qualm was the parking situation. It’s downtown New Haven so it’s to be expected, but we didn’t know there was an attached parking garage available, so we walked a block to another garage. Which made no difference to our trip at all as we wanted to explore downtown anyway."

"Traveled from SC. Stayed there for 4 nights we came up for a family member funeral. Not enough handicap parking spaces. Cleanness of the room was not I expected. Durning our stay no one never came in to tidy up the room nor was the waste basket emptied from the room. We had to go and get towels and wash cloths for the room. The night after we slept in the king sized bed we found there was debris way down under the covers. It was disgusting. Obviously no one changed the sheets.
