"The staff was incredibly helpful and upbeat. The hotel was nicely laid out with an easy in and out parking garage next door for ease of access. Parking fee was reasonable. The room was particularly well designed with hooks for your keys and jackets and space dedicated to work and leisure. The room we stayed in picked up a lot of the street noise at night but we will bring our ear plugs next time. Definitely will be repeat customers. "

"The location was convenient. We liked the accommodations. Although the room did not come with a fridge, hot water kettle or a microwave, the staff helped us out to address the situation. The only other thing was the wifi did not work with our laptops and there were not enough plugs to accommodate our chargers. It was a minor point and we managed to work around. I am sure the staff would have provided power strips if we asked for them."

"Breakfast was very fresh and a variety of items to choose from. However, there were so many people. It was hard to keep all the food filled up and clean the tables. Sometimes there was a line to cook your waffle or heat your bagel or toast. Just too many hotel people the staff tried very hard."

"Everything was great for a one night stay"

"The room was not cleaned at all. We found a papa John’s pizza in the drawer and there was dog food on the floor (clearly from previous guests). We also found flowers and small sticks from outside on the floor. Very obvious that all was done was making our beds prior to our arrival. We asked for our sheets to get changed but housekeeping leaves at 11am. My son got sick from the breakfast that was offered and got some type of stomach bug since he was throwing up for the past 48hrs since we fed him...

"The Hotel is kinda hidden so I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. It is getting renovated but the hallways aren't yet. Rooms were nice but we all had problems with there beds. Just couldn't get comfy. More lights around the building would probably do a lot of good cause it gets dark "

"Breakfast: took long time to fix the coffee machine. Room: the wall glass picture fell down in the middle of the night at 1 am and couldn't sleep back. Staff: staff is good."
