"Everything is perfect except one problem. When my wife plugged the hotel's induction cooker into the kitchen socket in the suite, sparks flew and the socket made a loud noise. After contacting the front desk, we had to get a different socket."

"The entire facility was extremely clean, my room included. The staff was great, no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this Best Western."

"Checked in and the sofa chair had so many stains I couldn’t even sit on it. The chair at the desk had a bit less stains but when I sat down to eat my meal for about 10min I had a total of 4 bed bug bites on the back of my legs where I was sitting on the chair. There was mold around the tub and the sink was backed up. The water never went down. I only stayed for one night for an event due to the convenience but I would not stay here again."

"There was an unpleasant odor in the hallways. The room was reasonably clean, but mold in the bathroom. Cracks around the tub, damaged lamp shade and side table. "The hotel was just checking over for the Hilton by the Hilton. It was not a good hotel. It smelled like cigarette ran down. Stafr didn’t seem too friendly doors were very it was very poorly maintenance. It looked like it had one room and just painted the second room and maybe bought new beds and ACs that property needs a lot of work. Breakfast was basic. It was a smell to the hotel. It just wasn’t worth the money I spent it was 200 something dollars. I think I will give it a motel 85."

"Love the pool is always amazing. The hot tub could’ve been changed out more often. They did a really good job with the breakfast amazing. I’d recommend the stock more hot cocoa, and they clean only when customers are not getting food. The rooms were really wonderful."

Bathroom was compact and poor water pressure in the shower. Easy parking. Bar and breakfast not utilised, was OK cheapish stay but Marriott could do better"

"I purchased a room and had a guest. Apparently, the staff had a problem with my guest staying (although I noted two persons would be staying in the room). A worker approached my husband about him staying in my room. No policies were broken due to my purchased accommodations. I would appreciate the manager or whomever has a concern contacting me."
