"I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "

"After being in Egypt for about a week and staying in pretty cheap accommodations on a budget trip, I can honestly say this hotel was the nicest and leaps and bounds over anywhere else I stayed. The room is huge and has a beautiful balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even let me stay an extra 30 minutes after the normal checkout time until my Uber to the airport. The Check in was a little confusing because they have multiple branches but just call them before you arrive and they...
