"The very definition of hospitality. On the first night we had dinner at the lounge, we asked if theres fried egg jokingly which the staff said no, but upon seeing how my mom couldnt eat anything (she doesnt eat pork and beef, so there wasnt much for her to take except for salad) the cute staff wearing glasses and fringe (i dont know her name) surprised us with fried eggs for mom, we were very happy. "Hotel was in an excellent location with loads of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. We had panoramic room which was lovely but view wasn’t amazing but still worth it as felt spacious and bright. Staff very kind and helpful and most spoke enough English to communicate and help. Special mention to Alfred who was incredibly helpful when we arrived and spoke great English. Credit it to the team!!"
