"Very impressive! We received the notifications few days before arrival to remind us about the date and time. Check-in process was quick and easy, service was great. The staffs were very friendly. Room was large, nice and clean. They kept cleaning daily. Great location and walkable to several attractions and to Santa Maria Novella train station. No need to drive at all. Strongly recommend for this place. "

"It is great location , in the heart of Florence . We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on . Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider . Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing .
