"Good reception: friendly, efficient, and attentive. They accommodated our request for two single beds even though the reservation originally had one queen bed. They also quickly replaced the batteries in the safe when they were running low.
Excellent beds.

Plenty of electrical outlets.
Good air conditioning.
Quiet room (considering the air conditioning fan was running at maximum speed), even though the entrance was directly in front of the reception desk.

"The hotel is very clean and fairly affordable. The service from the staff is very hit and miss. The service at the Elio restaurant is either great or very bad. The staff at Cugino, well, I don’t even think they know they’re at work. Personally it also bothered me that the hotel almost goes out of its way to make you forget you’re in Rome (or Italy). Everything is in English and with English customs, and it kind of takes away from the whole feeling of travel."
