"Everything was amazing at the Caribe Hilton. The Staff were all super kind and helpful. My family and I had the BEST time ever- seriously, one of my favorite trips of all time. The resort was fantastic, the pools, the beach, the room, hot tubs, the garden/pond, the variety of restaurants and shops. We also had a wonderful time snorkeling with Aqua Adventures, right on the property. We will definitely be back! The only 2 things I will note for improvement, is the room balcony could use just a bit of TLC and it would've been awesome if the Pool bar stayed open until 10pm, like the pool hours. Was just a little bit annoying have to walk inside the Hotel lobby to get drinks after 7pm, all wet from the Hot tub LOL. But really wasn't a huge deal, I was still having incredible fun. Thank you, Caribe Hilton! "

"I have stayed few times at Embassy’s, I was surprised that PR locations doesn’t have the waffle maker like other locations, my bathroom door lock did not work, hot water never work and for the last I woke up with a lot of bites, I’m assuming bed bugs this visit was really disappointing hopefully next time will be better. "

"The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the location is close to everything. The only thing they should improve is the cleanliness in the pool area; there were plastic cups in the pool, and the floor where the sun loungers are located had mud between the bricks."
