"Very nice! Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast very plain & towels are like sandpaper."

"breakfast ended before 9:30 am as advertised"

"Stayed for one night on a road trip. Staff for check in & check out very pleasant & helpful. Property & room were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Did not use pool/hot tub so cannot comment on that. Breakfast was buffet style & had pretty good variety to choose from. Not super fancy but no complaints. I would stay here again if I find myself passing through Easton & in need of a convenient place to stay."

"On our second night we were awakened at 2:00am with loud thumping noises and at 2:30am realized that the noises were not going to stop. We called the front desk and we were then moved at 3am to another room on a lower floor at the far end of the hotel. "Bed mattress was totally worn and felt like a bunch of elephants had used it before. Not comfortable, breakfast was good along with coffee . Otherwise hotel was just avg"

"I enjoyed my stay for two nights, My room was clean and comfortable and I loved the water pressure in my shower! The view of the water is so pretty and the staff is amazing😊 I especially want to recognize the sweet lady at the front desk! I believe her name is Charlene. She is so kind and extremely helpful!! I definitely will stay here again, when I come to visit my sister in Queenstown. Thank you for everything 😊"

"This hotel was very well maintained and the room was very nice. The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The grounds were beautiful. Breakfast area as well stocked and maintained. The only suggestion I have is to remove the coffee maker listed on the room amenities on the website. The room does NOT have any coffee maker or supplies. There is a coffee maker available 24/7 with good coffee in the lobby. However, I prefer the coffee maker in the room. Otherwise,...

"Wonderful staff! Had a problem getting into the bed because it was too high and I was too short. They were wonderful with accommodating my needs! They moved me to a new room and location!"

"Great stay in St. Michael’s! Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The included continental breakfast was delicious and convenient. The bar and restaurant were fabulous!"

"Absolutely perfect little 3 day get away. The entire atmosphere was excellent, great complementary breakfast from menu, beautiful modern rooms, perfectly manicured landscaping with lots of seating for relaxing by the water. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. We made an excellent choice and would definitely go back. 10+ out of 10."
