We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Queenstown Lakeside overall. The room was cared for daily with clean towels(if needed) and bed made. QT Queenstown
Had a wonderful stay in spite of the hotel redevelopment. The complimentary buffet behind reception was a great touch. Our Lakeview balcony room in the old hotel was very large and comfortable, as well as beautifully renovated.
