The property is quite close to Queenstown CBD about 10 minutes. Had a nice view. The room we selected was smaller than we thought and shower did not provide any soap or body wash. Didn’t use the restaurant or bar services since there are many other and better options in town.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Queenstown Lakeside overall. The room was cared for daily with clean towels(if needed) and bed made. We stayed in a newly renovated room which was modern, clean and had great amenities. All staff were helpful and friendly.
