Cari Hostel di Quinton

"Very Clean. Alot of t.v. channels. Wifi. Breakfast. Wawa Sheetz 7-11 5min.Walking."

"Was ok as a Hampton but no breakfast in the morning, this is a 100% satisfaction guarantee failure so the hotel should have refunded everyone in full but only did it if the guest specifically asked for the refund they were entitled to - shows a real lack of integrity by management. As we booked through Expedia and not directly they refused to give Expedia the refund!"

"No coffee pot in room"

"The staff there is amazing. My room was beautiful, but some of the amenities in the room. There's no way to know how to use them. And my air conditioner smelled like chemicals, and I was sneezing all night and I had a running nose and you could tell when you walked in the room. It was a different smell. Then the the hall.. And if you put it on sixty eight, you are freezing. And if you put it on seventy two, the heat came on... A little too crazy for me"

"Always the best around!"

"Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one."

"Was amazing honestly, the stay was pretty decent. 🤍✨"

"Airport shuttle was great."

"Excellent customer service! Provided service with a smile! Will return to the Hyatt Select Richmond!"

"Got there early and the worker didn’t acknowledge me til 15 mins because she was standing against the wall on her phone and when she finally did I told her I had a reservation and she said no early check in. Check in was at 3 I got there a little after two. That I had to come back at check in time. Then she went back to her phone. I ended up coming back after 4 and found out that they had no clean rooms and had to sit in the lobby till 5:20till I got a room. As I was sitting there all that...

"Check in was handled by an outstanding employee who answered every question and helped us with setting up bus transportation to the airport next morning. Sheck out employee was rude and unfriendly seemingly mad at me for thinking my bus was at 415 rather than 420. He was annoyed i took him off his computer maybe."

"Food was great"
