"Our room was amazing. Very clean, spacious, modern. Staff the most friendliest people. The only thing I wish they offered were more health and wellness services: sound baths, meditation , and yoga classes. "

"Staff were amazing! Rita was the first to welcome us, and she was amazing throughout. I don't know how she does that, but with so many people, she remembers guests' names. Breakfast was fantastic! Yunita, the F&B manager was great, and she gave us good recommendations too. Rooms were gorgeous (even though we only slept there) and Mastra (who was looking after our room daily) was funny and proactive. The pool bar staff were brilliant. We can't fault anything there. Loved our stay and would surely come back. "

"Spoke to Expedia rep before check in, they assured we can check in 2 hours early; however, at the property they point blank declined the Expedia rep’s conversation and said it is inaccurate despite showing screenshots. Later on, while ordering food inside the pool, they refused and said there is no security deposit for the room; whereas, upon check in the staff never requested one. Then after walking bare feet from the pool to the reception, they said the security deposit can not be done on Apple Card as it will be deducted. Then after further walking bare feet from the reception to the room and back to get cash, the reception refused to take US Dollars and did not offer a currency conversion as it was “Sunday.” The reception staff then instructed us to walk even further barefoot to Bali Collection and get currency exchanged to put the security deposit which once again, they never asked for at the time of check in. Despite multiple complaints to the hotel management, no apology has been received for this terrible inconvenience. "

"We were there for an overnight stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were magnificent, and although the dining options were expensive by Bali standards they were well presented and of excellent quality. "

"The property is tired and the rooms could do with some work. The building is also very noisy so you easily hear your neighbours. I liked the ocean views and that it was away from the main tourist area, but a huge stone fell from the surrounding wall as I was enjoying the pool area. Thankfully it didn’t hit anyone, but if it had it’s possible the person wouldn’t have survived. "

"The ocean view 2 BR villa was large, particularly the master bathroom. Seating area indoors was nice, but the outdoor area was amazing - loved the pool with several seating options in the water, a full sided table and chairs, outdoor shower (though temp not adjustable), hammock, lounge chairs, small tall-top table with chairs perfect for watching sunrise, and couch. Ocean view was only partial and about 3 rows of villas back from cliff edge, but still could see ocean, but not hear it. Occasionally saw monkeys having fun, but never bothered by them. Kids room and bathroom was also good size and very clean. Hats and bags were nice touch as resort gift. Breakfast was quite generous with very good variety on the buffet and entree menu. Menu for kids changed daily and my little one particularly enjoyed the unexpected presentation of the red velvet pancake. So many buffet options, might not have needed a menu for ordering. Used a cabana one day - great service, nice shade, an outdoor bathtub. if rough surf, can't do beach activities like catamaran or kayak, but other days was able to. Would not recommend rijsttafel dinner. We also booked a private boat for snorkeling thru hotel, but would recommend self booking thru Bluu as the boat we were booked on was in poor condition, though staff were nice."
