"The staff were absolutely incredible, we were checked in earlier than 3pm which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was clean, very beautiful and the space was used very well. It felt like a home away from home, while I was here on a business trip. Whilst I didn't get to use the pool, i did pop up to see it in the morning and it had such a great view. The gym is small and over 2 levels, but very adequate for a traveller to use. There's also some great art all over the hotel, and the batik...

"What I can say is that the attention to details is what seperate the hotel from other luxury hotels. I think anyone who books a luxury hotel wouldve expected to be greeted upon arriving, to have enough amenities for their stay, to have comfortable bed to sleep in. The difference for us was the details. They knew we brought our son, so seeing us throwing away diapers, they prepared a diaper bin on our second day. Not wanting to disturb us on a late night request for water, they decided to knock...
