"All the Air conditioning units in the property need an upgrade. We got a room where the AC was no cooling. The staff was helpful and changed our room but same issue with the other room. We finally got a functioning AC in the 3rd room when staff relocated us."

"This was our second stay when passing thru San Simeon , such a wonderful affordable place to stop at for the night or more. We especially enjoy the location which is almost on the shore, easy parking, and love our evening walks around the grounds. Hospitality was great , only thing is that breakfast ended too early for us. We’ll be back😊."

"The motel was a good location. 5 mins away from Hearst Castle. It looked like it was semi remodeled recently but it was cheaply done as you could see holes/patches. The bed was moderately comfortable not to firm but not as soft as I personally prefer. Bathroom cramped and they didnt have body wash only tiny soap bars that broke apart easily. No one answers the phone so the 3 things I needed help with I had to go out my room and go get myself, was not happy about that. Never got the room cleaned...

"This is my 2nd year here for our annual family vacation to San Simeon. We love this motel! The staff is incredibly friendly and so happy to see and help you. They give you mini cars and chocolate chip cookies when you arrive. We were in a family room this year with 2 queens and a murphy bed. Very spacious! The rooms are clean with microwave, refrigerator, TV that you can sign in with your own streaming accounts or just watch regular TV, makeup remover wipes, coffee, tea, water, shower caps, and...
