"Lovely property and rooms in a charming location. Very comfortable. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. We also had our evening meals at The Ship which were absolutely delicious. The staff were helpful."

"The hotel was fine, and the only reason for a lower rating was the noise at night. It was some sort of boiler or extractor that turned on throughout the night every half hour and resulted in an awful nights sleep. "

The room was filthy, the toilet wasn’t working, there was hair on the beds, the carpet was very dirty, and there was even a pin on the floor that injured my daughter’s foot. They charged extra for a larger room and for a sea view, but gave us a room with a blocked window where nothing could be seen. When we complained, they refunded our money.
