"They went above and beyond of our expectations. The check in went smooth and they were so nice. We arrived a little early for check-in and they quickly got the rooms together. The rooms were well appointed and very clean! The beds were comfortable and the shower was the best shower I have had in Peru! The special touch of delivering two hot water bottles and tea to the room, made the experience even more special. The breakfast was wonderful! "

"The hotel was incredibly clean overall, including the daily maintenance of my room. It’s in a very convenient location, close to the main plaza. The staff, especially Heather and the other gentlemen, were always very kind and extremely helpful. I can’t wait to come back to Cusco and stay at the Yawar Inka Hotel again.
