"Everything was good. As expected for a resort of this price. Staff are very helpful and friendly (English for some is not too good). The rooms were spacious and met our expectations— beautiful bathroom, shower was excellent. Included a bath tub as well as separate shower. 2 sinks. Very nice robes! The bed could have been better. It was comfortable except for the sleeping spot…. It was too soft and sunk in that spot. Time to turn the mattress or get a new one! We had a veranda room, walked right out to one of 5 pools and easy short walk to beach bar and sunset deck, Pools have nice relaxing, fun beach music. Appreciated they gave you free water bottles, metal. Not plastic. They have many water filling stations throughout the resort. Free complimentary bike rentals. Biked over to the old railroad bridge for a 2 mile ride over the water… 2 miles back. Everything was clean and classy. Good for events. Only bad thing was the iguanas; you have to watch them, they are a nuisance but are easily ‘shewed away’. Views of ocean are nice. Right on water. The smell of the washed up sargassum is noticeable. They did a good job of clearing it up. Staff quickly answered our requests for a fan and a small microwave. Would highly recommend this resort if you want to be pampered and relax."
