"The staff at the property was really friendly and helpful, but the property itself is slightly outdated. My room seemed like it hadn't been updated in years. Fixtures were cracked and broken. It is also incredibly loud at that facility. You can hear all the cars and the Central Air unit was really loud. The beds aren't comfy. There is no covered parking either. "

"We recently stayed 4 nights at Hotel Zico. The hotel was adequate for our needs. I have never stayed at a hotel where housekeeping only happens every three days, I found that curious and disappointing. I normally leave a tip for the housekeepers based on the number of nights I stay but they only visited our room once. I’m fine reusing my towels etc but a tidy up of the room and bed making would have improved the stay. Location is great but be warned if you are a light sleeper, it’s right next to...

"It was a great stay at Hotel Vue. Great location with great services. I will especially thanks Christobal for his exceptional services and another guy from front office (I do not know his name but I think he is the manager as I saw him lead a meeting with the staffs), as well as the housekeeping staffs. Breakfast is very simple but in the morning all I need is a cup of coffee and a toast so it was Ok for me. I certainly will stay there if going to Mountain View again. "

The hotel had cancelled the booking as a no-show. The clerk scoffed at us for arriving so late, and offered a room…if I would buy another night. "
