"This was really the nicest room I have stayed in as far as everything you could ever want was supplied! Reclining chair, huge TV, heated floor in the bathroom, microwave and fridge… beautiful breakfast included…. Even a yoga mat. They thought of everything!"

This was our second time staying here and I have to say that we dealt with more issues that seem to be staff not paying attention than anything else. "Ice machine did not work in the room and they charged me 150 for my service dog . The breakfast was ok but too many people to enjoy breakfast. The smallest pool I have ever seen. $500 deposit for a 200 room. The stairs killed me"

"The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised."

"The room was quiet considering it’s on the 1st floor. The room had a bad lingering smell. I turned the fan on to continuous along w the AC and it helped rid of the smell slightly. I think the smell was coming from the carpet, similar to dirty feet. I just went and got Lysol spray and saturated the carpet. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good.
