"The arrival was fine until I entered the room where it smelled of pets so I had to go and buy deodorizer. Then was told that I did not qualify for housekeeping when it’s clearly listed that it’s daily. After checking out I found a charge for the deposit and smoking free when I don’t even smoke I’m a traveling nurse this was probably the worse stay ever. Then they are refusing to give my money back so I’m sure I’ll be taking this further."

"My hot water would not work and they refuse to change my room, I was suposed to stay for a week but left after 1 day I had to call Expidia they agreeded and I was given a refund the guy at the front desk was smug and rude I had stayed there before without problems. It seemed to me the guy was trying to impress the young girl at the front desk with his ( power and authority ) I will never go back "

"I was very pleased to find the Woodcrest. Over the years I have stayed at most of the chain hotels in the Bay Area, and found them all over priced a disappointing. The Woodcrest offers large rooms in a location right next to the "Main Street Cupertino" area so has a great a variety of restaurants in short walking distance, including the excellent Country Inn for breakfast. All at much better prices than the big brands."
