"So we checked in and the room we got was not functional we had no remote to the tv and the ac was not functioning. we called down to talk to the front desk but they told us they could give us the lobby remote but it may not work. and the room was muggy from the ac not working. Breakfast was Amazing the Kitchen Manager was soo good to us and made up for the horrible room experience. Never hav i had a manager anywhere treat us the way he did ! Made sure our glass was always full and attended to...

"Found ants on the bathroom floor. Beautiful large room was equipped for one person. One single desk chair. Needed another chair, my wife had to sit on the bed"

"Overall very good."

For breakfast, I had “the boss” omelette, very flavorful and filled with veggies. We also ate octopus and house specialty salads for lunch and they were delicious as well. The Lanai suite was spacious and clean and had a great view of the lagoon. It was located on the first floor with no rooms...

"This is our second stay here & we love it. The 2-bedroom is an amazing option for a family with older kids. The property is well-maintained & staff are kind & helpful. I do wish the breakfast was a bit longer on the weekends."
