"I stayed at this resort in Mar 2026. It is clean, quiet, & secluded. All staffs greeted us with a smile at all time, and they even personalized our 25th anniversary with decoration and a custom made key chain; a small but meaningful gesture. Room service & turn down service were great. Pool and beach are clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the food; it was not bad, but not eye opening either. We will definitely consider going back if we can."

"The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation. FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. We finally got our order after almost 2hrs !!! At the breakfast , i ordered some eggs then after we finished breakfast the eggs never came "

"Room was dirty, had mosquitos getting in from window cracks and even a lizard. Self checkin was inconvenient and everything required a taxi for travel, nothing walkable. Shower had a heater but was like warm at best. Fridge froze our food, and the mattress we could feel the coils when trying to sleep. Room looked nothing like the picture as it had stained walls and was not kept up."

"We had to book the Park Royal as a last minute booking the night we got to Langkawi due to a bad experience at another resort. I was able to book and get to the resort within an hour, and myself and my husband were amazed how beautiful the place was! The room itself was spacious, with a balcony with a handy clothes drying rail built in, the room had all amenities needed - an iron and board, scales, hair dryer etc. everything was clean and tidy. .
