"For the price , this was a fine motel. Our room was exceedingly clean and the bathroom amenities were fine. This motel served as our launching pad to catch the ferry to Vancouver island early the next morning . They could not accommodate giving us our free breakfast because we had to leave before 7:00am."

"The room rent was value for money. There was no staff at the reception during my entire stay, checking in was pretty tedious. They send a code in the email. No reply to calls or messages. Breakfast was good"

"Had a horrible stay! We were here for my husband's surgery and we did not get a wink of sleep! There was a loud tapping noise coming from perhaps the walls/piping system and it was so loud we couldnt sleep at all. The pillows were lumpy and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Usually im not one to complain but I felt compelled as my stay was THAT bad. The only positive I will note was that the staff and housekeeping were very friendly."

"Very quiet despite being near Denman St. Hard to find a news channel on the Rolu tv or any useful channel. Rooms were clean and it is new. great kitchen. Room cleaning didnt hapen the day we were told but did the next day. A bit expensive for the area."

"The staff was polite and helpful. They made check in and check out easy and pleasant The room was fabulous. Ceiling fans over each bed, all the windows opened with blackout curtains and the unit was very clean and neat. The renovation was done well & thorough. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was crisp, clean and very white I recommend they offer $0.25 single serve cream/milk for the in-suite coffee service and for cereal. Dispensed from the office fridge 2400 Motel is on the bus...

"We were booked into a room immediately above an event floor where a wedding was taking place. Loud music began at 11:30 pm and continued until after 1 am. We were not informed about this at check in or given any option to switch rooms until we phoned reception at 11:30 pm. We were told that the music would stop at midnight but it did not. The reason given was that the hotel security were unable to control the event. Very disappointed in what should have been a pleasant stay in a beautiful...
