"This is beautifully decorated property and the gardens are well maintained as well. This property also has some historical importance i.e. was once owned by Beatrix Potter. Food is good. Rooms are clean. There is parking available on site. Location is conveniently close to places of walk. Unimpressed by shower as the prssure was poor. Bed mattress i did not find it. comfortable. "

"Our view was awful from our room . Ground floor rm 12 . Looked out on to pub that’s was closed. Renavation work . A big pile of scrap . The room it’s self was lovely . "

"We stayed in the Love Haven which was lovely and we had a lovely stay but have to give a bad review on the basis we went to shower in the morning before check out and noticed water was dripping through one of the lights downstairs. We immediately turned it off due to health and safety. When we reported to reception we were told oh yeah maintenance know about it but it’s a big job. When I queried this being a health and safety issue, I did not get a response. They also did not seem bothered that we had not been able to shower before check out. This just ruined the whole stay that our safety had not been considered but it did not seem to be a problem for them "
