The staff was very nice and accommodating when I needed something, but I’d rather have a clean place to sleep. The hotel was dirty — floors, walls, mattress covers looked like there was poop or blood on them, sheets were stained, all of them! We had to Lysol wipe everything and spray disinfectant on all things we would touch or sleep on…I did make the lady at the front desk aware, and her response was that new management has only been in place for a month, they are doing their best at the moment. They definitely need to hire new cleaners; spend the money, nobody wants to stay in dirt!
Also, new management should spend some money for new bedding/comforters for the rooms…our room had two beds and no comforters in place when we arrived, I went down to the desk and they scrambled to come up with only one, and gave us another flat sheet for the other bed, saying they didn’t have any additional comforters to spare.
They need to adjust their rates if they’re going to continue on with subpar lodging, imo.
