The suites in the hotel are not as big as they seem. If you are larger person you will not fit in the shower, most of the shower control nozzles are not attached to the wall there is no toilet paper holders. You cannot open the door to the bathroom if someone else is in there. The floor was disgusting we had to clean the room before we sat anything down. The fridge had old rotten food in the freezer that smelled horrible. I would choose a different optuon if you are teaviling as a family or like a more luxurious accomodation.

The positives were that the linens were clean and the staff was friendly. The negatives were that the floors in our room were sticky, the mirrors were filthy, the shower had mildew along the caulk line, the shower door did not close, the products in the shower were cheap, our window covering would not open more than 6 inches, the trash cans in the main area were all overflowing, the property was covered in loose trash, and our window faced the highway which was very loud.

I was given room 331 with me and my family and discovered it had roaches. Than they wanted to see them, I showed them a picture and they said no in the room so I walked with them to the room and showed them the 3 different areas one in the shower, another on door frame, and the last was the bed! I checked in that room at 12am or later because we traveled to surprise my brother for his birthday. They then offered two separate rooms, which throughout the night I could not stop itching, the other room had bugs shells in the bed! ROOMS 326 and 324! This was the worst out of town experience ever! I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

The Pros: staff was courteous and responsive when we asked for missing or to fix broken items. The Cons: This hotel appears seriously neglected and was probably pretty nice 25 years ago. It needs a lot. We rented suite 201 and literally every door that opened would swing wildly and bang against the wall or whatever. The floor was filthy and my wife and I's feet were black on the bottoms from walking around the hotel. The toilet seat was broken (but fixed by staff). There were no forks in our suite. The coffee maker was broken (replaced by staff). The "smart" tv just had DTV channels (which were clear) but we could not go online and sign on to Netflix, YouTube TV or any streaming apps. So it was like 2005 "smart"! This hotel is near a major highway so the sound from the tractor trailors was constant all night. The breakfast was devoid of flavor. We door dashed breakfast the last day. Coffee was good though!

There were a few things that were a little disappointing about my stay. First thing is my room was directly attached to the elevator so all night (even at 2am) I would hear the elevator going up and down and it was very loud. Another issue is, I did not thing the room was cleaned properly.

pretty nice place.. we stayed 5 days... very pleasant staff... I don't know if it mentions dogs welcomed but it does... not that I count it as a negative.. the furry things did not bother us... but I didn't notice it mentioned during reservations

The property was clean, fresh and appeared to be recently updated. Our room was very nice, we were quite happy with it, all of the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The staff here is friendly/helpful, the room was clean, cozy, and the complimentary breakfast was good. Whenever my daughter and I stop in the city to visit family, we stay here. The staff here consistently provide good service.

The staff were all very friendly and polite, but we found that our initial room did not seem to have been cleaned. The room smelled, the floor was sticky, there were food wrappers shoved behind the tv stand, the shower walls had razor stubble on them and the floor looked dirty, and we found a cockroach on the wall. We were given a new room that was much cleaner and did not have any evidence of bugs, but we were right next to the elevator which squealed loudly every time the door opened and closed- which was most of the time we were there, including through the night. The included breakfast had some nice variety, but a lot of the food was either undercooked or overcooked. There were fruit and cereal options available, and these were fine. If this price point is what you can afford, this hotel is serviceable- don't go into it with high expectations. If you can afford something else, I would recommend that.
