"My husband and I along with our service dog spent 5 days at this lovely hotel. It felt like home. The hotel is new and spotless and in a great location with free car charging stations that we used nightly. The staff was amazing. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We used the laundry and it was quick and clean. The free breakfast was always fresh with many choices. We also enjoyed the bar area and invited a couple friends to join us after dinner. We would highly recommend this hotel...

"We always stay here when we come to Windsor. We have eaten at the Riverside restaurant several times for dinner and breakfast and the food is excellent as usual and priced well. The staff at the restaurant and front desk are friendly and helpful. The hotel and restaurant are clean and well maintained. The only thing we found this time was that the bathroom sink was very slow in draining."

"Average breakfast. Surely can be better. Good cleanliness. The office chair in my room was ripped. The checkout time was 11 and at 11:10 I get a call from the receptionist to remind me to checkout. This has never happened to me before. When I said I will take 15 minutes more, her reaction was as if I said 15 hours. Quite disappointing experience."

Clean new rooms - nice little bar with food (did not use this but pics looked good) - breakfast choices weren't plentiful but enough to satisfy - odd though the front desk person looked after breakfast room and possibly bar area. Kind of odd not to have separate staff. Overall lovely stay."

"For some reason expected a hot tub was part of the pool facility, but must have confused multiple room listings. Didn't care for the pool technically being in a neighbouring hotel - and although the elevator signs list 3rd floor access, I could not find any, AND pool access requires check-in at the neighbouring hotel's desk for a keycard anyway. Pool and exercise facilities were in good condition, pool has a nice view (but no hot tub to lounge in and see the view feels like a lost opportunity...
