"The hotel was great, friendly staff and good breakfast. The elevators though was slow and inefficient. The hotel location (neighborhood) was not good. A lot of debris on the road and feels insecure."

"Our experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Traveling with two children, we were unable to access our room on three separate occasions. Instead of helping resolve the situation, the gentleman in charge that evening essentially gave us an ultimatum: either accept a single room with one bed for four people or leave the hotel at midnight.
His attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in compassion. Each time I went downstairs seeking assistance, he was...

"Easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, especially considering we paid around $300 for one night.
When we arrived, we found two dirty socks left behind from previous guests, one on the bed and another in the shower. It immediately made us question whether the room had even been cleaned.
The bathroom light wouldn’t shut off, and the only charging outlets were in the bathroom. There was no refrigerator, microwave, table, or chairs. We also couldn’t use the TV because there was...

"Well, i had been at this location few times by myself, having a significant spacious room with a comfortable bathroom. On this ocassion i came with gf and the room wasn't spacious enough, especially the bathroom, without any space for both toiletries. I requested at the check in time, an upper top floor room with more space but seems it wasn't "available" It surely won't change my mind for future visits due to the centric spot of the hotel but would like a bit more consideration for a loyal...

"We were extremely disappointed in our stay. The room was very rundown, the bed was uncomfortable, and the breakfast area was undersized for the size of the hotel. Perhaps the biggest disappointed was the fact that despite spending four nights at the hotel, the room was never touched by the housekeeping staff. We emptied our own garbage cans when they started to overflow and had to ask the main desk for fresh towels. Would not return to this location."
