"Staff was not friendly what so ever. Stayed on the strip in the past with other resorts and felt like the staff was really eager to be helpful and nice. The rooms are not really kept up. Last time I stay here."

"Die Anlage liegt ruhig im Spring Valley, Restaurants und Walmart sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das von mir gebuchte Appartement war sauber und mit Balkon ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles was man benötigte. Ein Stern Abzug wegen dem viel zu kleinen Pool. Außerdem MUSS man Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung stellen, ALLE Liegestühle stehen in der prallen Sonne. Bei Temperaturen um die 40° ist es unmöglich, sich am Pool länger aufzuhalten!"

"The WiFI in my room had to be turned back on every time I closed my phone or lap top. The AC unit in my room (201) was extremely loud and I had to wear ear plugs to get some sleep. The curtain rod next to the sink was unattached on one side. This room needs some specific work before it is occupied again!"

"The housekeeping was very good, the hotel clean, we enjoyed the Ninety Nine restaurant for the nightly music and DuPars restaurant. I would stay here again next time to Vegas."

"I enjoyed my 2-day stay. The room was fresh and clean and perfectly cool temperature since the a/c unit was running. The staff was friendly, tentative, and professional. Reyna, Mike, April, and Wes were the main four employees I interacted with and they were all fabulous! I look forward to staying here again if and when I return to Las Vegas. "Made a reservation and chose to pay at property I even messaged saying I was gonna arrive a little late. I drove 5 hours to get there and When I got there the dum fuks had given away my reservation for no reason and I had no room for the night. I don’t know if the girl at the front desk was being lazy or just didn’t want to give me a room but she was face timing with her boyfriend or whatever during working hours so that must of been more important."

"I loved the spa pool! The place was so nice and clean. We stayed in room 3128. The bathroom had a horrible smell from the second we walked in. I love this place. I would stay here again for sure, just maybe not that same room, because of the smell."

"Overall, just a good, no-frills hotel, I can recommend it. Clean bedding, no unpleasant odors. The parking area isn't very large, and there is no exhaust ventilation in the bathroom. Breakfast is standard, everything is fine. The staff is polite."

"Bird dropping on steps and door entry way. The pull out bed was broken. Telephone call placed on hold for more than twenty minutes by front desk staff. After twenty minutes the call would disconnect or staff will ask to call back "we are helping customers.""

"I think it’s a good family friendly choice, the pool was good, the rooms were clean and for me the suite was a good size. The price is also reasonable, made it easier to enjoy Vegas."

"Studio standard et fonctionnel, juste à côté d'un arrêt de bus ramenant sur le strip (ligne 201). Un peu bruyant quand l'appartement voisin est occupé (porte de liaison trop 'fine' entre le studio et l'appartement voisin). Dommage pour la piscine fermée de minuit à 8h du matin, mais c'est déjà tellement mieux qu'en hotel."

"I Was here for a short weekend trip. Staff were really nice upon arrival. One thing I did notice was that the towels in the room were still dirty, other than that everything else was clean. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal. During our stay when I was in the hot tub I did notice a man pointing a phone towards the hot tub and looking, I believe he was recording, not sure if he was on the phone or what was going on with that, so I would just be aware of...

"Hampton Inn Summerlin was a very convenient location for visiting nearby relatives. The staff was helpful and courteous, the property is well maintained. The free breakfast is a good amenity but I wish there were some healthier choices (unflavored greek yogurt rather than the sweetened low-protein type offered). The property is easy to access, however my room did get more road noise than expected (next time I will pack my "white noise" machine."
