"This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park."

"The property is beautiful and close to downtown Estes. Away from the road so hardly any noise of traffic, with Fall River running thru it. Room very well stocked as we were in a two bedroom cabin and cleaned very well. Check-in, is with a kiosk, and a zoomed check in person. Just know to have your ID to scan in and a rep will then provide your key and paperwork to you. Please be aware that language may be difficult to understand but you can get thru this process with patience. We hope to enjoy...

"The room was clean and functional, the front desk staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was hot (though nothing special). My only complaint is that my room was right by the breakfast dining room and I could easily hear the noise through the door in the morning. Other than that, great stay!"

"i have stayed here many times, but now it must be under different management. there was no person available for check-in or check-out. the tv was 90 % pay per view dirty movies. there were extremely uncomfortable beds and metal institutional chairs."

"The gal in the office was amazing - so kind, friendly, and helpful! We loved our room. The kitchenette was perfectly what we needed, and the shower was great. The lock didn't work in the bathroom door. Otherwise, everything was good. Not much breakfast, but we bought eggs at a nearby Safeway and were able to cook our own breakfast in our room. Great view and away from the busyness downtown! We loved it and would definitely stay again."

"The floor in our room was filthy. The bottom of our feet and socks were black. Would be beneficial if the floors were cleaned wth soap and water after each guest use. Also, the sheets were old and didn’t fit the mattress properly."

"Had a great one-night stay here. The staff was very accommodating throughout! We checked in super late after informing them beforehand, and they had arranged the keys for us which made the process seamless. We also had to check out very early in the morning, and the drop box system made that extremely convenient as well. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of the Rocky Mountains from the balcony was beautiful. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay."
