"Cet hôtel est une horreur, la chambre ça peut aller mais sans plus, vieux sachets de thé qui a traîné dans toutes les mains, l’accès à la plage se fait par un genre de vestiaire qui sent mauvais, les transats sont cassés , la plage est sale et bruyante. Nous ne sommes même pas restés, nous sommes partis sans remboursement tellement nous n’avions pas envie de rester là."

"We spent a truly wonderful week at Al Kasr Sahl Hasheesh. Everything was excellent, and a special thank you goes to the entire staff, from the people we met every day to those working behind the scenes. The waiters, housekeeping team, room attendants and everyone else did an amazing job and made our stay unforgettable. The only disappointing point was the absence of a mosque or prayer room in the resort. Especially in a country like Egypt, it would have been beautiful to have a dedicated place...
