"It has the bare necessities and not much else. General sense that everyone, except the desk staff and property manager, are apathetic. Our first room had food crumbs on the beds and floor. The hotel manager took care of it by giving us another room, some snacks, and complimentary late check out. That was good. The house cleaning staff tried to blame us for their bad work by saying “those crumbs weren’t there when I finished cleaning.” Even in replacement room the floors were so dirty I used the hotel towels to mop it myself. Hair, eyelashes, gum, everything was caked on those floors. They literally do nothing but sweep the floors. Wouldn’t ever stay there again unless you’re good with wearing shoes inside. 5i golf downstairs was cool. "

"We stayed one night, Meagan in Mugleys restaurant was excellent with her patience and kindness with our large group when we came in 30 minutes before closing and the food was great. As for the pool area the pool was very cold and the hot tub not very hot and dirty scum around it, Kids were jumping in and out of the hot tub and not following rules and kids running down the hallways all night,very noisy. The next morning the pool and hot tub was closed.there was no bathtub in my room like I reserved but the rooms were clean and beds were comphy. The thermostats in the 3 rooms we reserved were old outdated had to call maintenance to regulate it."

"We stayed in a lot of hotels and accommodations over a 3 week period whilst travelling. I'll start with the positives... The room was a great location for Comerica Park and theres plenty of room. Check-in process was easy. The cons...the bed was so uncomfortable I had the worst night sleep, the sofa bed which my child slept in was the same and sagged in the middle, was not clean and also uncomfortable. The deposit was taken days before arriving which was more than any other places we stayed at (most of not all took it at time of check in) and I got it back a few days later after asking for it (other places gave it back after check out)."
