"The first room we were put in the tv wouldn't work. The phone wouldn't work to call the desk. So my husband had to walk down there twice after the clerk tried to fix it once. She then put us in another room. It didn't have a clock like the other one, the beds were so uncomfortable my husband didn't sleep at all. The door frame in the bathroom (by the tub) was rotted away 2- inches from the floor which left a cavity in which it looked like it might be black mold. This is one hotel we will never...

"The hygiene at this hotel was genuinely concerning. Within minutes of getting into bed, I found a long blonde hair on the sheets — and I’m Asian, so it clearly wasn’t mine. When I checked out the next morning, I made a point of looking at the housekeeping staff on my floor, and none of them were blonde either, which makes me question when the sheets were last changed.
The pillows were worse. The first one I lay on had a distinct greasy, human-scalp odor, as if the pillowcase hadn’t been washed....

"We arrived late & we’re not able to enjoy pool or hottub. The laundry facilities were great. The breakfast was awesome too. The lady working front counter was very nice & welcoming. "This is a brand new facility that opened September 2025. It still smells to a new building smell. In fact our room floor had construction dust that has not yet been post construction deep cleaned. Our socks got dirty just by walking on the hardwood floors in our room. Pleasw see photos.
Upon our arrival, we noticed cup stains on the nightstand and when told the front desk, she replied "I'll take a note of that." That's it!
