"Very small room, was stuffy inside, no AC, the fan that was provided at the front desk was useless, with open window still was not able to breath inside. We have stayed only couple hours, will not want to come back and sleep the entire night in the stuffy room. The bathroom toilet buttons were coming off after you push it, the shower is getting clogged if one person goes after the other, have to wait for the water to slowly go down the drain. For the price paid I think there are much better...

"This a beautifully designed hotel, but they seem to get some of the basics wrong. We have stayed over for 1 night for the last 3 years - but this will be the last time.
The first year was very good - the rooftop bar was a nice bonus to our stay,
The second visit, the restaurant was disappointing. My wife ordered a Caesar salad which consisted of 99% salad (no chicken, no cheese, etc.). How difficult is it to make a normal Caesar salad?

"The decor was very modern and very unique for a hotel. Loved the decor! Staff very helpful, especially Siva … what a gem … good person for customer service indeed … most staff helpful and cordial.
They only clean and refresh coffee amenities upon request. That was a drawback for me. Also, room coffee was aweful."

"The hotel was nice enough, however our room was very hot with no way to cool it. It was located in an area that made us feel like we were in a closet that was made into a room. It was not inviting, welcoming g or comfortable. The staff were friendly and we used the laundry facility so that was nice. It was the only hotel in our travels on this trip that made us pay to store our luggage. It was also fairly far away from most of the attractions we wanted to visit."

"Check in was slow. There were only 2 staff. It took us almost 25 minutes to check in. It was nearly midnight so there was not a very long line, but....
Breakfast was ok but it could have been better had the staff been more friendly and accommodating. As a guest, I felt like I was bothering them when I asked for a scrambled egg whites. No smiles.
And the room was very warm and uncomfortable. We had to open the windows despite having a fan (yes, we had to ask for a fan..Felt like we were...

"We're used to hotels having AC. Unfortunately, this supplies a small electric fan to help cool the room. While our current hotel has 4 fluffy pillows per bed, these beds had a single, very thin flat pillow. Thankfully, my memory foam neck pillow worked perfectly under the pillow, to provide the elevation I'm accustomed to. These differences are related to the different customs of Danish countries compared to North America.
Having said that, the staff very good."
