"Gotta say the breakfast each morning was just ok. Gray sausage, cold cheese omelettes, running sausage grave and hard biscuits aren’t appetizing. Place was clean and in good shape. Friendly staff. For three days I never had hot water. Warm yes but it never got hot. I met mentioned to the staff a few times and someone looked at my shower and said it’s fixed…… well nope. Still just warm. Overall a good place with needs in a couple of areas to improve. "

"Rooms are big with a bedroom separate from the sitting living room which is really nice. Breakfast with the omelette station included is wonderful. There is a ruth chris in the hotel which we love to eat at. I think the convenience store should have more selections. Front desk staff was so nice. Parking attendants were so nice and friendly. No complaints at all. We will be back. Rooms clean. The tub should be switched out room 525."

"The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The air condition was not working properly and the coffee maker was broken. The restaurant downstairs did not have any glasses or ice. The waiter was nice but was not prepared to serve customers. The coffee shop did not have any cream or lids for the coffee and we’re not prepared to serve customers. Overall, the hotel is nice And the staff is friendly, but the restaurants are not recommended."

"I usually don’t complain but this experience was bad. We came after midnight with a reservation (was late bc of traffic) I go to open the door to check in and it’s locked! I had to call where thankfully someone answered and I let him know we were there, didn’t say a word just hung up then came to the door and let us in. Was not hospitable and just short in tone. Got to our room which I will say the room was not bad itself. We had been traveling and wanted a drink, go to vending and ALL drinks were out, so then I’m like let’s just get ice…Ice machine did not work! I wish I was done but I’m not…went to get a hot shower in the am and the water would NOT get hot, not even warm. I did have a whole bagel and apple for breakfast so there’s that 😮‍💨 all in all they say you get what you pay for but I thought an unlocked door and warm water was an understanding."
