"Very clean and comfortable, it suited our needs nicely! A convenient location with several dining spots close by and walkable to shops and other restaurants. A minor maintenance item I want to call to their attention to for remedy is the bedside lighting in two of the three bedrooms did not work. Nor did the outlet in the headboard in the master. "

"It was just wonderful! We didn’t have a scenic view. Staff was so attentive. The cleanliness was outstanding. The location was right at the wharf so walkable, loved the hand held shower. Convenient amenities except for one. No free breakfast or coffee There is an espresso machine in the room which we used but DAIRY FREE COFFEE CREAMER. They could at least provide half and half or coffee in the lounge. Espresso is not drunk in the morning it’s latte or cappuccino on the continent. I would expect...

"The Outlook Inn exceeded our expectations! While earlier ratings were positive, we did not anticipate the wonderful hospitality of the staff or immaculate cleanliness of the updated property. 1) a wonderfully convenient location; 2) nicely sized rooms; 3) Lovely breakfast specials each day, but with ability to customize. We will return and highly recommend, but if you are seeking opulence or uber amenities of a chain hotel, this is not it. If you want a quiet and lovely and well located...

The breakfast had a lot of variety with healthy options. It also had parking which is at a premium in Newport. It was so good we stayed a second night."
