"The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Daily breakfast was a lovely touch and we enjoyed it on the roof deck, as well as the sangria or cucumber water in the afternoons. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore both the tourist areas and the more quiet local spots. The room was lovely, very clean and well maintained. Bedding was comfortable and the seating area was very cute. We loved this place and will certainly go back!"

"The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. However, the staff at the reception were quite distant, whereas in a boutique hotel, a warmer and more welcoming attitude would be expected. As two female guests, perhaps because we stayed only one night, it felt strange to be given the room right by the entrance/office area."

They also switched my hotel from Bellvue House to Inn on Bellvue saying my original room was taken (what???) Breakfast was not in the hotel either - had to walk down a few properties. Front desk was rarely staffed - most times I went there nobody was manning the desk or...
