I never saw any staff, and the check-in process on line was more stressful than it needed to be because i had to get a code every time i checked in for their message. Since I was on the road, it made it harder than it had to be. I would not go though a third party to book it again."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Canal side Inn. So did my furry companion Frankie, who was well greeted by the owners and other pets alike. Guests were equally friendly, those with 2 feet. The room was lovely for a single traveler and dog. It was especially nice being in a residential neighborhood with the canal right outside the doorstep, lovely scenery, easy walking distance to Rehoboth Beach Perfect four-day vacation to clear the mind with easy access to all that you would want in...

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well taken care of. The location was perfect — close to everything and made getting around super easy. "Paid parking which was crazy with it being off season and 10 cars in the lot. Stained carpeting in the room was a turn off. The hotel was under construction so it was noisy. Great location "

"The hotel is definitely aging and needs some care. The soap dish had fallen off in the shower and was not replaced (and there was no other shelf), so there was nowhere to put a bar of soap except on the shower floor. The air conditioning unit was also VERY noisy, which made it hard to sleep. The room was clean, but a bottle of tilex was left in the bathroom by the cleaning staff."
