"We had an amazing stay. Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. All of the amenities were amazing and there was even more than I knew was included when I originally booked it. I loved that you could use all amenities a few hours before check in and also after checkout until 3pm. This was great for us because weather was not great for beach so we were able to use the pool and hot tub after checkout until 3pm. "They recently started charging $15 for parking. I think that's ridiculous, if more than one vehicle sure. Sent an online check in which did nothing but had to do again anyway (waste of time). Long line to check in at 4pm could be better. Why not have the pre-check in work and send text when room is ready to pick up key or send key info to phone and no key card at all. Great location. "The room smelled very damp and the hallway had a strong smell of urine. The toilet tank cover was visibly smaller than the tank and on backwards to cover the too big opening which still had gaps. We were not given enough towels for the number of people in our family. The room was not prepared with bedding for the pull out couch/bed that we required. One Front desk staff employee was on her phone when we went to make requests for supplies that should have already been in our room. And the other...
