"This is a fantastically located 55 room property in Nagasaki! Located 5-10 minutes walk from the Atomic Bomb museum, peace park and the hypocenter. If you’re going further it’s a 3 minute walk to the “Atomic Bomb museum” tram stop and trams are a great way to see things in Nagasaki. The tram gets you close the Fuchi shrine ropeway station (10 min walk), Dejima (cross the street and Glover gardens. As much as I loved this property and its location what made it “top notch” for me was the staff....

"Excellent place to stay . Booked three nights, liked it so much extended 4 more. The staff were great. Being English speaking they were so gracious, communication was slightly difficult but always possible. Highly recommend"

"Good location easy access to the drop off point on the Airport bus and also the Goto streetcar stop out front very handy to the A Bomb site, Chinatown & Glover Garden etc. Supermarket about 8 minutes walk and convenience store close by."

"I have to say the staff was so kind to help me with a luggage shipping issue, they called customer service to have it rerouted for me for a bag that wasn't even shipped by them or sent to them. It can be challenging in Japan to do things over the phone if you don't speak Japanese. I really appreciated the help! The property has amazing views of the city. A grand lobby. But the rooms have not been updated in recent decades. Our non smoking room had a faint odor of smoking, unfortunately. Thanks...

"It's APA, so it was small, clean, and the staff is always helpful. Nothing extraordinary, but reliability good, especially for solo traveling. I believe there were 3 standard Japanese laundry machines with the built in dry function that doesn’t work too well on thicker cotton like pants. A couple of the nights, my room got the faint smell of cigarettes, but the entire hotel is non-smoking, so it isn't the hotel's fault someone broke the rules."

"Hotel itself is great. All of the staff EXCEPT for the front check in desk are superb. The check in is misery there. They don’t honor any Hilton Honors benefits, say no to everything and to top it off, reception sent a letter to my room an hour after I checked in stating they undercharged us $5 so be prepared to pay that at checkout. A formal letter shoved in the door crack to collect this “debt” after being there less than an hour and refusing Hilton Honors benefits are enough reason for me to...
