"Disappointed with our stay and won’t stay again. Room felt grubby & shabby. Basic cleaning hadn’t be done -sticky drink rings on bedside cabinet, poorly vacuumed floor, dirty cushions & grubby bathroom. Check in staff not friendly or welcoming.Requested king bed but got two single beds.No remote for Tv had to request one."

"Clean, comfortable modern hotel situated near the airport. There is a parking garage for $15 per night; free parking is quite limited. The rooms are bright and spacious, and the restaurant was unexpectedly good. My only quibble was the in-room heating. My room was a bit chilly, and changing the thermostat temperature had absolutely no effect. The hieroglyphics on the thermostat were indecipherable. A printout of operating instructions would be helpful!"

"The walk up the stairs is a heart-starter, but the stunning views from the accommodation make it well worth the effort. The owners and their foreign assistants were fantastic. They were willing to offer suggestions and answer our questions, which we greatly appreciated. The extras like Janet's barista coffees, the lolly stash, and the robes and slippers were a massive bonus."

"Received an upgrade from an Executive Studio to a 2 bedroom apartment with Mountain views. Much appreciated! It’s a fairly new building so everything is in great working order. It’s close to restaurants, shops and only a 20min walk to the airport. There are dedicated parking spaces in front of the building but be early to grab one of these. Would absolutely stay here again."
