"Overall, our stay had some positive highlights, particularly the excellent staff and a very enjoyable breakfast experience. However, there were several issues that affected our comfort. We encountered a problem with the air conditioning, and there was water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, which initially made the room feel unclean. Although the staff attended to it and the leakage eventually stopped, the issue was not handled as efficiently or thoroughly as expected. Additionally, contacting the lobby could be challenging, as calls were sometimes not answered promptly. Since we booked two rooms, it was also inconvenient that one of the phones was not functioning. Given that this is an Andaz property, we expected a higher standard of maintenance and responsiveness. On a positive note, the location in Sanur is pleasant and quiet, making it suitable for relaxation. However, the beach area is quite public. A more private setting would have enhanced the experience, as there were street vendors frequently passing by offering services and products. In summary, while there are strong aspects to the property, there is room for improvement in maintenance, responsiveness, and overall guest experience. "
