Hotel murah di Rennert

"I booked through Expedia and paid in full. When checking in I was informed I could not stay because I was a local. The employee then stated I could stay but would be charged $250 for incidentals that would go back to my card on check-out. Thankfully I had a credit card but if I didn’t, I would have been highly upset! There was absolutely NOTHING during booking that stated this. The room was okay, cleanliness could have been better. I did find hairs throughout the room and some small stains on...

"The overall stay was fine, however, the air conditioning unit in our room along with the refrigerator was not working properly. Good thing it wasn't super hot outside, or the room would have been stifling. Also, the reported check out time is 12 pm, however, what I am guessing was housekeeping was knocking at our door at 10am wondering what time we were checking out...seemed pretty invasive. The breakfast was a normal continental breakfast, and offered a healthier choice of chicken sausage...

"The hotel advertises a hot tub. It was not working. When I asked the staff they said it is only a whirlpool that circulates water, it has never been a hot tub. The elevator was broken the entire weekend. I booked this hotel because I was in town running an ultra martial and wanted the hot tub to speed recovery. The clear misrepresentation in advertising really is ticking me off. I guess I will vote with my feet and add holiday in to my list of never again"

"Check-in procedure was excellent. The young man from New York who checked us in was absolutely amazing. I unfortunately don’t remember his name, but his customer service was top-tier. Friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The property itself was very clean and well-kept. Parking was a little tight, but nothing major. The only issue I had was with the checkout process. Checkout was at 11:00 AM, and instead of simply calling the room as a courtesy reminder, someone knocked on the door...

"The property was clean, but very dated. Badly in need of updating. Bathtub was extremely for us in our 70's. Very slick bottom of tub with nothing to provide traction. Bars present, but still slipped stepping into and out of the tub. Poor amenties but clean. Breakfast was adequate and staff friendly and helpful."
