My only ceitisims that the room lights are quite dim and all of them on one switch. Staff were always friendly and helpful. This was our final stay in Jaoan and it was most enjoyable."

Onsen is quite good, with an outside pool. Use this hotel to visit nikko as jr local train is so comvenient. Also use JR to travel tohuku region like sendai n morioka."

"The shower bracket was broken so had to hold the nozzle. Great water pressure though. Our window was locked shut so no fresh air. In our friends room the window opened normally. The sole staff member could not speak english which we did expect from Expedia who promote the hotel."
