"The room was real nice and modern. Loved our Mountain View room and the amenities were amazing. Loved the Onsen (so relaxing) and the Cocktail Lounge for breakfast and cocktail hour was so nice. Would love to stay again! So lovely and the staff was very helpful. Also did a massage which was so nice after a day of skiing. The gondola ski on/ski off was incredible! "

"The hotel staff and shuttle drivers were very friendly and accommodating. They did a great job offering help with ski reservations and advice for things to do around Niseko. The rooms were clean and large for the area. The private onsens and massage services were excellent. Would recommend this hotel for anyone in the area."

"Clean room, easy shuttle bus ride to base areas, helpful staff, great restaurants at the hotel, location was close to other stores and restaurants. Boot room and ski lockers were close to the shuttle pick-up/drop-off so it made equipment storage and retrieval a breeze. Will definitely be returning in the future for another wonderful ski vacation."

"The distance between the lodge and the ski area are closed, so convenience. And there are many shops nearby for skiing tools shopping, restaurants, food trucks, convenient stores and souvenirs shops, nice. Three of us could occupy a room was great. No need to share it with others."

The ski locker was huge and was perfect for drying out wet skis and gear. Totally planning on staying here on our next trip. "
