"Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. "

"The distance between the lodge and the ski area are closed, so convenience. And there are many shops nearby for skiing tools shopping, restaurants, food trucks, convenient stores and souvenirs shops, nice. Three of us could occupy a room was great. No need to share it with others."

"We stayed here for 4 nights and had one of the rooms with 2 twin beds. It was a tight fit, but it got the job done. The staff picked us up when we got to the welcome center in hirafu promptly at the exact time we told the staff we would be there. The staff was extremely welcoming and assisted us with all needs. There was a shuttle bus that picked us up/dropped us off right in front of the hotel for the skiers/snowboarders. There is also a bus stop conveniently located right across the street to...

"The staff were friendly and super helpful. The hotel was quite clean. The free shuttle and full breakfast were great. We ate dinner there every night-inexpensive and delicious. The ski locker was huge and was perfect for drying out wet skis and gear. Totally planning on staying here on our next trip. "

"We loved this place so much! We’ll definitely come back here the next time we visit Niseko. It’s not a huge resort-style hotel, but the staff are incredibly kind and polite. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a beautiful traditional Japanese-style area. We loved the hot tea provided in the room and were able to relax completely.
