"This was the highlight of our trip! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed, we had the best meal, the fondue was delicious. "It's a nice place certainly. Lakefront area is a major asset. Staff was very helpful and delightful. Breakfast was very nice. My room in the building without ensuite amenities was fine - small, only one electrical outlet for charging phones etc. One bathroom and shower for 9 rooms on my floor seems a little inadequate. A nice place for sure, but compared to other Swiss hotels with comparable amenities and location desirability, a tad overpriced I think."

Dans la salle de bain, le bouton permettant de basculer l’eau vers le pommeau de douche était cassé et difficile à utiliser.
