"Biggest complaint is charging $30 a day to keep my car on property . It’s not fair I pay over $200 a night and my car should be included not charge the guest more money . Their parking is used as a business for other cars not guests but residents paying to park there but the guest it should be free "

"We had a good stay overall. The breakfast area was good. It had a decent selection of food and beverage. The staff were nice. And everything looks clean. The only thing I'd say is that we stayed for 3 nights and our room didnt get cleaned for 2 of the days we had to ask for more toilet paper and towels multiple times. We had to ask someone to come clean the room. We left for a whole day and came back and no one came to clean the room. When we brought it to their attention they said someone came up but the trash cans were still full, no new towels, and beds not made. Then when someone finally came to clean the room they only emptied the garbage cans. Other than that it was okay. Also the location wasnt the best. It was a bit hectic. Granted it's by the airport."

"The thinnest walls of any hotel ever. The person in the room next to me was coughing all night and it sounded like they were in bed with me, the Harlem Globetrotters decided to hold a midnight practice in the room above mine, seriously the loudest I've ever heard a hotel be, it was insanity. The crew running the shuttle were nice, the girl at the front desk was sweet and very helpful, but just a nightmare of a stay"
