We booked in, and within 35 minutes we quickly realized this was not the hotel of choice for the entertainment in downtown Toronto, and a mistake was made. "No we didn’t use the room bar or shop in any near by stores. The hotel is located very close to the Colossus Mall which provides great dining and shopping. "

Not enough lobby buggies to move luggage. breakfast menu not the greatest. They had bacon there for the one day. All in all, wouldn't stay there again. Only 2 elevators and waiting times"
