"We arrived with a confirmed booking (2 rooms) at almost midnight, only to be told at reception they were fully booked. No further explanation or assistance in helping us get alternative accommodation, so we were stranded in Edinburgh with nowhere to stay.
Ended up having to return to the airport and waituntil 8am for a flight home.
In the time we were there, we saw this happen to 2 other bookings - told they couldn't accommodate them even though they had a reservation.
